When I finished my doctoral degree as an international student, I assumed the hard part was over.
It wasn’t.
I’m Ramin J. Imani, and I spent months applying for roles, getting rejected, and watching others land roles at consulting firms and global companies I wanted to work for.
I didn’t have an MBA.
I wasn’t fluent in the local language.
And I didn’t have a strong professional network.
So I stopped following generic career advice and started treating the job search like a problem to solve.
I tested different approaches, paid attention to what actually led to conversations and interviews, and gradually built a structured system around it.
That approach helped me secure multiple offers across consulting firms and global companies — and later helped others do the same.
Today, I use that same system to help high achievers navigate competitive careers with clarity, structure, and real momentum.
